The Sony FX9 is the new Sony full frame cine camera. The 6K sensor has dual native ISO (800 and 4000 base ISO), making it especially suited for low light situations. The autofocus system on the FX9 is unprecendent: enhanced fast AF. The color science comes from the Sony Venice in the profile S Cinetone.
The sensor dimensions are 35.7 mm x 18.8 mm. It offers 15+ stops of dynamic range. In full frame, the camera can record 4K 60p (120p in HD). It also has an electronic variable ND internally, for optimal ease of use.
