The Sony A7 IV is a full-frame mirrorless camera that excels in both photography and video. It can record 4K 4:2:2 10-bit up to 60p and offers a wide dynamic range.
It also features Sony’s Cinetone color profile for true-to-life skin tones and supports S-log2 and S-log3 for more control over color grading. Like other Sony cameras, it has Real-Time Eye AF, Face Detection, and Subject Touch Tracking, making it ideal for gimbal use and run-and-gun shooting.
The camera has a full-size HDMI port, a CFexpress Type A/SD card slot, and a USB-C charging port. Included with the body are an 80GB CFexpress Type A card, two Sony NP-FZ100 batteries with charger, all packed in a Manfrotto Bag (MB MS-SB-IGR).
Note: The A7 IV can overheat during prolonged 4K60P recordings with dual card recording. This can be mitigated by turning off this feature and setting the auto-off to ‘high’.
