The Canon EOS R5 body is a high-performance mirrorless system camera, designed for professional photographers and videographers. It features a 45 MP full-frame sensor with in-body image stabilization and Canon’s advanced Dual Pixel CMOS AF II for fast and precise autofocus.
The camera delivers a maximum resolution of 8192 x 5464 with a 36 x 24 mm sensor. It has 1,053 AF points and uses Deep Learning technology for enhanced eye, face, and head detection for people and animals.
The R5 supports internal 8K RAW video recording at up to 30 fps and 4K 120 fps in 4:2:2 10-bit with Canon Log, while also outputting 4K 60p over HDMI to an external recorder. For still photography, it shoots up to 12 fps with the mechanical shutter and up to 20 fps with the electronic shutter, making it ideal for fast action and sports photography.
The camera is dust- and splash-resistant, features a vari-angle LCD touchscreen, and includes dual card slots: CFexpress and SD UHS-II.
Comes with a B&W case for safe and convenient storage and transport.
Disclaimer: For extended bursts or demanding video formats (8K RAW, 4K HQ/ALL-I, 4K 120p), a CFexpress Type B card is recommended, as SD cards may reach buffer or format limits.
