This was my first experience with Budgetcam. And I am very satisfied. I had rented a Canon EOS 5 D MK III and a Canon 24-70mm 2.8. What I liked to discover that there was a 32GB memory card, extra battery and a card reader in the bag. Not only the camera and lens, but we also think further so that you can really get started with it. Location in Hilversum is great !! I will definitely use this more often.
This week, for the first time, my new program 'Bram Ask Himself' recorded. Thanks to the Sennheiser microphone and the stabilizer that I rented from Budgetcam, it looks very professional!
It is the second time that I have rented a camera via budgetcam. Good service and because Budgetcam was closed on the day I would pick up the camera, I could pick up the camera a day earlier at no extra cost. The only point of criticism is that the return conditions have been adjusted, so that the equipment is no longer checked in the presence of the customer when the equipment is returned. This can lead to a dispute because it cannot be checked afterwards whether any damage was caused by the customer or only after returning the equipment. M. Veltkamp

Today (and yesterday) I had a first acquaintance with Budgetcam in Eindhoven, and I can only say that it is perfectly arranged there. You will be spoken to in a friendly manner, and the service and communication is simply top notch. I didn't know what to expect from a company that 'just rents out stuff', but I wish I would be treated like that everywhere as a customer. Recommended!

Everything went smoothly with very friendly service. The reserved lens was in perfect condition and with a handy storage pouch. It took a while to find the store in Eindhoven, but I was kindly helped in the office building. After returning the lens, I received a message after 2 days that the deposit was refunded. Toppie!
Last weekend I rented a Panasonic GH5 Set incl. Sigma 18-35 (EF), Rig, Follow focus set, and a SmallHD monitor. Good service, equipment well maintained (lenses, speed booster and sensor clean). To be repeated. Thanks Budgetcam Rotterdam!
BudgetCam's service is very nice. It already starts with a telephone conversation that makes you feel taken seriously. In addition, the service at the desk is fast and good. I am happy that I rented my gear from this company and will definitely do this more often!
The service was top notch by telephone and e-mail as well as at the pick-up in Amsterdam-West. I had never worked with the equipment I rented before and therefore had a number of questions, but being there at a quiet time in the afternoon I was able to unpack it at my leisure and I got extensive answers.
