It was super smooth. I booked 2 lenses online. They asked for 2 papers. I provided. I paid online. On Friday afternoon I picked up my package and returned on Monday morning. No issues. The lenses were in their own bags which was cool. One lens had a protective UV filter. The pickup and return process was really fast.
Well arranged, could pick up and drop everything in no time. My questions were answered and there was excellent thought along with me.

Everything worked, no annoying problems with the equipment. Three points, however: - The tripod head was a bit wobbly (tilt). - I had asked for a larger baseplate to properly attach the URSA Mini to the tripod, the people in the office knew nothing about this. - When returning at 8:30 in the morning, the door was not opened initially, only after fifteen minutes. We were waiting outside with 4 different parties for a response to the bell.
